A modern app for booking services online, featuring intuitive time selection and easy profile management
Project Overview
Design of a mobile app for online booking services, with a focus on a minimalist interface, quick booking, and easy management of appointments.
Problem
Customers spent up to 10 minutes on the phone to make appointments, 40% of calls came in outside of business hours, receptionists were overwhelmed (handling up to 80 calls a day), and 25% of customers forgot about their appointments and didn't show up.
The lack of a digital booking channel resulted in the loss of up to 30% of potential customers.
Solution
Designed a minimalist app with a dark theme and yellow accents for key actions. I implemented an intuitive calendar with visual representation of available slots, a 3‑screen step‑by‑step booking process, a push notification system 24 and 2 hours before the appointment, a client profile with visit history, and the ability to reschedule or cancel an appointment with a single tap.
